Refund Policy
Our app is unable to provide refunds. You must contact our support with any refund requests.
✅ What you need to do

Send them these details
- Your transaction ID
- Date & time of purchase
- What went wrong (e.g. wrong charge, machine issue, didn’t receive food)

Do it quickly
- You must request a refund within 7 days of the purchase
💡 When you’ll actually get a refund
They normally approve refunds only if:
- It was an unauthorised payment
- There was a technical issue (e.g. charged but no item dispensed)
⏱️ After you request
- If approved, refund takes up to 10 working days
- It goes back to your original payment method (or app credit)
⚠️ Important
- Most purchases are final unless there’s a problem
- If a machine failed to give your food, sometimes the refund is automatic — otherwise you still need to contact them
