Refund Policy

Our app is unable to provide refunds. You must contact our support with any refund requests.

✅ What you need to do

  1. Contact support

  2. Send them these details

    • Your transaction ID
    • Date & time of purchase
    • What went wrong (e.g. wrong charge, machine issue, didn’t receive food)
  3. Do it quickly

    • You must request a refund within 7 days of the purchase

💡 When you’ll actually get a refund

They normally approve refunds only if:

  • It was an unauthorised payment
  • There was a technical issue (e.g. charged but no item dispensed)

⏱️ After you request

  • If approved, refund takes up to 10 working days
  • It goes back to your original payment method (or app credit)

⚠️ Important

  • Most purchases are final unless there’s a problem
  • If a machine failed to give your food, sometimes the refund is automatic — otherwise you still need to contact them
